Scott Richardson

Scott formerly led West Coast acquisitions for JPI and Archstone, two major national-scale developers of apartments and mixed-use projects. Prior to these roles, he served as an investment advisor and commercial broker with O'Donnell Atkins, a boutique firm based in Newport Beach, California. Among his most prominent projects are the Platinum Triangle Apartments in Anaheim, the Sailhouse Lofts in Santa Monica, and the West Ocean Condominiums in Long Beach. Scott has also consulted on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He holds a BA in Philosophy from Stanford University and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Andrew Ganahl

Prior to co-founding Linden Street Partners, Andrew was a senior executive with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where he helped start and execute both the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) and the Small Business Lending Fund, each with a focus on stabilizing and improving the condition of the nation's financial industry and its ability to extend credit to small businesses and entrepreneurs. Andrew also served as a financial analyst with Wasserstein Perella & Co.'s technology M&A practice in San Francisco. Andrew holds a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
