Managing Partner

Adam Sichol

Adam is a Managing Partner of Longfellow Real Estate Partners and jointly oversees all development, investment and operational activities at Longfellow. Since co-founding Longfellow in 2009, he has been responsible for growing the company through the execution of value-add and development projects in excess of 1,700,000 SF for institutional and commercial tenants. Under Adam’s leadership, Longfellow has invested more than $250 million on behalf of institutional investors. In addition, Adam has played an active role in the leasing activities of the firm, including work with companies ranging from newly-formed VC portfolio companies to major pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions. Adam is a member of Longfellow’s investment committee. Prior to forming Longfellow, Adam held positions with the following organizations: Higgins Development Partners, Lyme Properties, and Jones Lang LaSalle Adam received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an AB from Hamilton College where he was a member of the men’s varsity golf team. Adam is a member of ULI and NAIOP and speaks at various industry events related to science and technology real estate projects. Outside of Longfellow, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife Lowey and three children; playing golf, hiking and traveling with his family.

Jamison Peschel

Jamie is a Managing Partner of Longfellow Real Estate Partners and jointly oversees all development, investment and operational activities at Longfellow. Since co-founding Longfellow in 2009, he has been responsible for growing the company through the execution of value-add and development projects in excess of 1,700,000 SF for institutional and commercial tenants. Under Jamie’s leadership, Longfellow has invested more than $250 million on behalf of institutional investors. In addition, Jamie has played an active role in the leasing activities of the firm, including work with companies ranging from newly-formed VC portfolio companies to major pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions. Jamie is a member of Longfellow’s investment committee. Prior to forming Longfellow, Jamie held positions with the following organizations: RREEF Global Opportunity Funds, Accenture Strategy Practice Jamie received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an AB from Dartmouth College, where he was a member of the men’s varsity rowing team. He was also a 3-time member of the US National Rowing team. Jamie is a member of ULI and NAIOP. Outside of Longfellow, Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney, and three children; playing golf; fly fishing and skiing in Montana.

Jessica Brock

Jessica collaborates on establishing Longfellow’s strategic direction, identifying acquisition opportunities, and negotiating and structuring transactions in the Southeast. This includes building long-term relationships with research-centric organizations. Jessica serves on Longfellow’s investment committee. Prior to joining Longfellow, Jessica held positions with the following organizations: Spectrum Properties, and Weyerhaeuser A native of New Bern, she received her BS from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. In addition, Jessica is a recipient of the TBJ’s 2016 Women in Business award, serves on the Durham YMCA advisory board and on the executive committee of Downtown Durham, Inc. Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and two children, traveling and running with friends.

Brian Carlisle

Brian oversees the evaluation of acquisitions and development opportunities as well as transaction execution for the firm. Additionally, Brian is involved with the ongoing asset management and development management of several of the firm’s projects, including the Durham Innovation District. Prior to joining Longfellow, Brian held positions with the following organizations: Galileo Digital (tech / media startup) and National City – Investment Banking Group Brian graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and received an MBA with high distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
