P. David Bramble dedicates his time to sourcing transactions, financial structuring and overseeing project underwriting & execution. A corporate and real estate attorney by training, David brings a deep knowledge of all aspects of the real estate cycle. Prior to MCB, David served as the Director of commercial lending for a regionally based full-service lending firm, which he co-founded in 2000. Prior to devoting all his time to commercial real estate investment, David practiced law in the transactions group of a D.C.-based international law firm, where he provided corporate and real estate advisory services. His practice focused on complex workouts, primarily in the real estate and financial products space. David currently serves on the advisory board to the Brown School of Business and Leadership at Stevenson University and the Foundation Board of the Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital. David has also served on the Board of Directors of a federally chartered bank, served as a Commissioner on the Maryland racing commission as well as on the Boards of multiple real estate and non-real estate related charitable organizations. David received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and an A.B. from Princeton University.
David R. Frederick dedicates his time as the overall business executive with specific responsibilities for company operations, transaction underwriting & execution, acquisition sourcing & support, and investor relations. He has extensive experience in brokerage, asset management, construction and development, and transactional execution. David has an accomplished track record in identifying and capturing business and market opportunities, executing strategic acquisitions, and leveraging organizational resources and strengths to improve performance. Prior to MCB, David led a business investment and workout venture, and served as a senior executive and principal of a full-service, regional commercial real estate company. David received his B.S. from the University of Maryland College Park after serving in the Marine infantry.
Peter M. Pinkard dedicates his time to sourcing transactions, overseeing transactional business planning, and consulting on project execution. He has a particular focus on asset advisory, leasing, and disposition. He leverages extensive experience in retail development, leasing, and construction across the gamut of retail real estate classes, including malls, strip centers, power centers and mixed-use projects. In addition, Peter has a strong background in asset re-positioning, having worked on numerous large shopping center and mixed use projects throughout the U.S. Prior to MCB, Peter co-founded a commercial real estate asset advisory firm with offices in Maryland and New Jersey, which focused on consulting, due diligence, and development services for major institutional clients. He brings a deep knowledge of New York metro commercial real estate markets. Peter sits on the Board of Visitors of the University of Baltimore, where he serves as the Chairman of University Properties. Peter received his B.S. from St. Lawrence University.
Michael Trail dedicates his time to valuation, analytical modeling and market analysis. He also provides a supporting role in asset management, business plan execution, acquisition due diligence, and sourcing additional investment opportunities. Prior to MCB, Michael worked as a Senior Investments Analyst at Corporate Office Properties Trust and as an Analyst at PNC Realty Investors. Michael holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland College Park after earning his B.S. from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
