Andy Bruce

Andy joined MLG in 1995. Andy is a principal of MLG Development, MLG Capital and MLG Management. Currently Andy’s primary focus is MLG’s business park development efforts and the asset management of a number of commercial properties. Andy’s responsibilities include: asset management, marketing, acquisition, entitlement procurement, and infrastructure construction. Andy also manages the TIF-backed public/private partnerships MLG has with a number of Wisconsin communities.

Barry is a principal, co-group leader of the industrial segment at NAI MLG Commercial and leader of the acquisition team for MLG Development. He focuses his efforts on the sales and leasing of existing buildings, buyer and tenant representation, as well as the development and marketing of major business parks. Barry has been with NAI MLG Commercial since 1989. His diverse assignments have included everything from site searches for land and buildings to buying, selling and leasing commercial and investment properties.

Craig Lashley

After joining MLG as an Investment Analyst in early 2006, Craig quickly moved into his current position as the Vice President of Investments for MLG Capital. In his role, he concentrates on the acquisition of new properties and asset management of MLG’s existing portfolio, which includes 26 assets encompassing approximately 2.5 million square feet. Craig’s experiences in both the asset management and the acquisition portion of the business have given him a unique ability to foresee what to expect once the asset is purchased. In addition, he is knowledgeable in all asset classes and well versed in the valuation differences between each. Craig’s responsibilities include: sourcing new acquisitions, financial underwriting, management of the due diligence process, investor relations, budget planning, financing, and asset value creation.
