MSK Property Holdings
MSK Property Holdings LLC is a private real estate investment firm making joint venture / private placement investments in barrier to entry, class A development projects. MSK also specializes in distressed real estate assets and securities. We are based in Chicago and focus on the Chicago-land area but invest elsewhere in the best opportunities. MSK is family owned and invests its own capital. We are not constrained by the requirements of outside investors and perform due diligence and make our investment decisions very quickly. Each investment is entered into with an exit strategy in mind but we are flexible and react to changes in the environment to maximize risk-adjusted returns. We seek large capital gains via prudent investment in great projects and residing as low as possible in the capital stack.

Matthew Means
Matt Means formed MSK Property Holdings LLC in 2010 and has more than 22 years of finance and real estate experience. He has led nearly $50 million of real estate transactions through MSK in the past five years. Means was previously a Senior Vice President at The John Buck Company, a prominent real estate development firm where he worked for 11 years in acquisition, development, investment, asset management and finance roles. Prior to working in real estate Means was a lender at American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago. He has an MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS in Economics from Marquette University. Means is an Eagle Scout and past Vice-Chair of High Jump, a program that enhances educational opportunity for disadvantaged middle school students.
