Gary Gill
As President and Chief Executive Officer of the MacKenzie Companies, which comprise MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, MacKenzie Management Company, LLC, MacKenzie Services Company, LLC, and MacKenzie Contracting Company, LLC, Gary manages and oversees the corporate operations of all companies. Gary joined the predecessor company, MacKenzie & Associates, in 1977 and has been instrumental in the direction and growth of the organization, which has grown from 10 employees to today’s aggregate employee base of 150. Since joining the company, Gary has been involved in the development, leasing, and management of more than 50 commercial projects containing over 3.0 million square feet with an aggregate value of over $400 million, as well as several residential development projects. Gary is also an executive officer of MacKenzie Properties, Inc. and MacKenzie Investment Corporation.
Scott Wimbrow
As a President and Principal with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, Scott Wimbrow has over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry effectively representing landlords and tenants, on both a national and regional level, in transactions surpassing $1 billion in value. In addition to assisting a number of corporate clients in developing their real estate strategies, Scott specializes in the representation of companies in the rapidly expanding Baltimore, Annapolis, Maryland and Washington, DC “triangle”. Scott also has extensive project development experience beginning his career with MacKenzie acting as the Development and Marketing Director for McDonogh Crossroads, a 600,000 square foot office park in Owings Mills, Maryland.

Having completed hundreds of transactions with a market value in excess of several billion dollars, John has spent the last 30 years assisting clients articulate and secure the ideal financing vehicle for their commercial real estate investments. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, John was a Senior Vice President of Chicago-based Draper & Kramer Realty Advisors representing pension funds and high net worth individuals and associates in their direct real estate investment allocations. John also spent four years in the hospitality industry as an Executive Vice President of Finance for MHI Hotels, LLC and was the Chief Investment Officer for the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust; a $4 billion open-ended commingled fund.

As President/COO and Principal of MacKenzie Contracting Company, LLC, Marty is responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall management of the company. This includes project management procedures, contract administration, estimating review and control, staffing assignments, financial management, and marketing. Marty holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Construction Management from Catonsville Community College and attended Johns Hopkins University for Civil Engineering.
