In 1998, we formed Magna Hospitality to be an opportunistic hotel real estate investment firm. As our industry has evolved, we have evolved with it, and we have come to focus our energies on two basic truisms. First and foremost, the most important thing that we do as a firm is hire the right people. This basic principle applies both at the corporate level and our property level. Today, we have over twenty five highly motivated, talented and hard working corporate professionals that have morphed into a cohesive team that is dedicated to not only Magna's success, but to each other's success.

Chief Financial Officer

Leonard (Len) Grecco

As a hotel executive, Mr. Grecco has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 7 years. Mr. Len Grecco joined Magna Hospitality Group in 2003, and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Grecco is responsible for oversight of financial reporting, as well as managing investor, lender, and tax relationships. Mr. Grecco holds a bachelors and a masters degree from Indiana University.

Robert (Bob) Indeglia

Both as a lawyer and as a hotel executive, Mr. Indeglia has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. In 1998, Robert A. Indeglia, Jr. co-founded Magna Hospitality Group, L.C. In addition to being a principal of the Company, Mr. Indeglia serves as Magna’s President and CEO. Mr. Indeglia also serves as a co-general partner for Magna Hotel Fund I and II, L.P., and as the principal general partner for Magna Hotel Fund III, L.P. He is involved in all aspects of the company with a main focus on development, including identifying properties for acquisition and securing debt and equity sources.

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Comer has over 18 years of sales, marketing and operations experience in the hospitality industry. Ms. Felicia Comer currently serves as Magna Hospitality Group's Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for overseeing the operations side of Magna and to ensure that the operations team is working in concert with all aspects of Magna's business model. Since joining Magna in May 2002, she has held several roles, including Director National Sales, Director Marketing, and most recently as Vice President Sales & Marketing. She was responsible for top-line revenues, advertising and public relations of Magna and the portfolio of branded and boutique hotels.

Chief Administration Officer

As a hotel executive, Ms. Ephrem has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. Ms. Zita Ephrem has been with Magna Hospitality Group since 1999 and is responsible for overseeing all hotel property accounting and financial functions. She leads the company's administrative departments, including human resources and IT systems. She is also responsible for due diligence associated with new property acquisition, and take-over activities for acquired properties. Ms. Ephrem holds a bachelors degree from Cumberland College, and an MBA from Virginia Tech.
