Michael Paul D’Alessio is the president and CEO of Michael Paul Enterprises, LLC. Through strong and long-standing relationships with investors, lending institutions, architects, engineers, design professionals, contractors, material vendors and community leaders over the past 28 years, Michael and his team have delivered quality projects on time and within budget. Michael specializes in acquiring both raw land and existing structures for development and expansion throughout the metropolitan area. His projects range from high-end condominiums, custom homes and private estates to commercial office buildings, retail strip centers, medical and mixed-use buildings. A graduate of Pace University, Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree in business administration. He began his career as an accountant with the former Arthur Young accounting firm in Manhattan, but was eventually lured to real estate development due to his lifelong passion for building and construction. While accounting provided him the fundamental tenets of sound business practices, it was real estate that prompted him to start his own general contracting firm. Michael earned a certificate in real estate development from NYU, and eventually expanded his business into real estate development. Michael’s vision for the company is to continue to acquire and develop note worthy properties with great potential. He is committed to giving back to the community, and contributes both his time and resources to a wide variety of philanthropic organizations including the Starlight Children’s Foundation, of which he is a board member. Michael is married and lives with his wife and five children in Westchester County.
