Midway Investors LLC, based in New York City, is a venture formed by experienced real estate owners, operators and business entrepreneurs to acquire multifamily real estate. Through strategic relationships with highly experienced regional property managers, Midway affiliates purchase, develop, and manage multifamily housing in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama ,Tennessee and Texas. With over 30 years of history in buying and owning substantial real estate assets, the leadership of Midway has the knowledge, financial relationships, and experience to evaluate and close deals quickly. Since its inception in 2005, Midway has purchased and managed over 8,000 multifamily housing units in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and Texas. Midway targets residential properties ranging from 150 to 500 units in stable and growth markets. Since 2009, Midway has developed a strong strategic relationship with Hawthorne Residential Partners, collaborating on more than 30 acquisitions over the last three years.

Jared Eglowsky
Jared Eglowsky, Director of Acquisitions, has been with Midway since its inception. He has previously worked in all aspects of real estate development, finance, and management. He has a B.S. in economics from Tulane University.
Maria Gruber
Maria Gruber joined Midway as Chief Financial Officer in 2006. Prior to Midway, she was the Comptroller at Katsky Korins LLP. She has a B.B.A. in accounting from Pace University.
Roy Korins
Roy M. Korins is a founding partner of Katsky Korins LLP, a co-founder of Midway, and a principal investor in and a member of the Board of Directors or Board of Managers of several real estate and business ventures including IAR, CampGroup, Starpoint, and TT. He graduated from Cornell University and New York University School of Law.
Stephen Swiatkewicz
Steve Swiatkiewicz practiced real estate and commercial law at Katsky Korins LLP for 25 years when he became a co-founder of Midway. He is also an investor and member of the Board of Directors at IAR, CampGroup, Starpoint and TT. He graduated from Trinity College, Princeton University and New York University School of Law.
