Founder

Jonathan Litt

Jonathan Litt is a Founder of Monticello Asset Management, LLC. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Kohl Construction Group which provides construction and property management services in the New York metropolitan area. For over 20 years, Mr. Litt has supervised the development, construction and property management of Kohl Solutions’ warehouse industrial portfolio, senior housing, mixed-use residential-retail projects and affordable housing. These include both conventionally financed projects as well as projects financed through low income housing and historic tax credits. Mr. Litt is an advisor to the Northern Metropolitan, Inc., a not-for-profit senior housing organization in Rockland County, NY. He also serves as the Treasurer for Congregation Kol Ami in White Plains, NY. Mr. Litt holds a B.S. from Ithaca College.

Thomas Lally

Thomas Lally is a Founder of Monticello Asset Management, LLC. He was most recently a Managing Director and trader of mortgage backed securities at Ladder Capital. Prior to Ladder Capital he was a Managing Director in the multifamily and commercial origination and trading efforts at First Boston, Daiwa Securities, Greystone, UBS and Dillon Read Capital Management. Mr. Lally holds a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.

Steven Caligor

Steven Caligor is the Senior Managing Director at Monticello Asset Management, LLC, managing product development, expanding banking relationships, and assisting with credit and risk management. Mr. Caligor has close to 30 years of commercial finance experience encompassing broad industry and loan structuring knowledge across multiple sectors, including Healthcare, Real Estate, C&I, Apparel, Medical, Technology, Retail, and Manufacturing. He is well versed in middle market, large corporate, public / syndicate, and equipment finance transactions. Mr. Caligor’s most recent position was Division Executive at Bank Hapoalim where he managed the Commercial Real Estate, Food and Commodities, and Corporate Finance loan portfolio teams. He also helped launch a successful de novo healthcare lending platform. Prior to BHI, he was a First Senior Vice President and NY Regional Executive at Bank Leumi USA, managing four lending teams covering the region’s C&I, Healthcare, and Equipment Finance lending activities. While at Bank Leumi, Mr. Caligor was also a member of credit and senior management committees. Prior to Bank Leumi, Steven was a Manager at Signature Financial LLC, a specialty finance company, where he managed a team of underwriters and was a member of the credit committee. Mr. Caligor holds an MBA in Finance and Investments and a BA in Marketing and International Business from George Washington University.

Corley Audorff

Corley Audorff is a Managing Director at Monticello Asset Management, LLC, managing the execution of Bridge-to-HUD refinancing. Mr. Audorff has eight years of experience in healthcare real estate finance. Prior to joining Monticello Asset Management, LLC, Mr. Audorff worked in HUD’s Lean 232 program, where he performed corporate credit reviews for large portfolios of skilled nursing facilities, underwrote new construction, supplemental rehabilitation, acquisition and refinance loans, and led the interest rate reduction team to modify nearly 500 HUD-insured loans. Mr. Audorff was also previously a Vice President and HUD MAP-approved multifamily underwriter with Oppenheimer Multifamily Housing & Healthcare Finance, Inc. Mr. Audorff received JD, MBA and BA degrees from the University of Georgia.
