Michael McKee

Michael McKee is Chief Executive Officer of Bentall Kennedy US, with overall responsibility for United States operations. Prior to joining the company in 2010, Mike worked in executive level positions at The Irvine Company, a 140-year-old, privately-held corporation known for its vast holdings of Class A commercial properties in California, as well as the balanced, sustainable residential communities it has planned and developed on The Irvine Ranch in Orange County, California. Over his 14 years with The Irvine Company, Mike progressively served as Chief Legal Officer, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, and, ultimately, Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of its board of directors. During his tenure, the company tripled in size, growing to become one of the top five real estate companies in the US in market value. Before joining The Irvine Company, Mike was a partner of the international law firm of Latham & Watkins. Mike holds a BA from Azusa Pacific University, an MA from the University of Southern California and a JD from the UCLA Law School. He currently sits on the boards of HCP, Inc. (NYSE) and Realty Income Corporation (NYSE), and is a past director of Mandalay Bay Resorts (NYSE), Irvine Apartment Communities (NYSE) and Oasis Residential (NYSE).

Michael Cardozo

Michael Cardozo is Chairman of NewTower's Governance Committee and is Managing Director of G. William Miller & Co, Inc, a merchant banking firm. He also currently serves as Director of three corporations and three private foundations. He has a long record of business and public service. He was a Trustee and Executive Director of the Presidential Legal Expense Trust from 1994 - 1997, Assistant to the Attorney General, United States Department of Justice, January-April, 1993, Senior Associate Counsel and then Deputy Counsel to the President of the United States, during the Carter Administration, and an attorney in private practice.

Webb Hayes is Chairman of Trust Investment Committee of the NewTower Board. He is Senior Client Advisor for Brown Advisory and was previously Senior Managing Director of the Private Wealth Management Group of Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., in Arlington, Virginia. He also was Director of CERBCO, Inc. and Insituform East, Inc., both headquartered in Landover, MD, and was Chairman of FBR National Bank and Trust, a limited purpose, non-depository national trust company subsidiary of Friedman, Billings, Ramsey. Mr. Hayes also served as Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from 1991 to 1995. He received an executive management degree from Columbia University School of Business and his B.A. from the University of North Carolina.

Paul Allan Schott

Paul Allan Schott serves as Chairman of NewTower’s Compliance Committee and NewTower's Trust Audit Committee. He is an attorney in private practice in Washington, D.C., and provides anti-money laundering consulting services to the World Bank. He has a national reputation in the financial services industry, having held a series of increasingly responsible positions in the federal government, from Senior Attorney at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, to Assistant General Counsel for Banking and Finance at the U.S. Treasury Department, to Chief Counsel of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Mr. Schott was a consulting partner in the bank regulatory advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and its predecessor, Coopers & Lybrand, where he served as National Director for Bank Regulatory Services. In addition, he has authored books on anti-money laundering and the federal regulation of bank holding companies and published numerous articles. Mr. Schott received his B.A. from Kent State University, his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his LLM from Georgetown University Law Center.
