Dan has been involved with the commercial real estate and construction industry for over thirty years, continuing the family heritage that began over 100 years ago in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. In 1995, Dan formed Neyer Properties, Inc. to pursue his vision of creating value in office, industrial and retail developments and redevelopments. Dan also formed Neyer Properties Construction, Neyer Properties Acquisitions and Neyer Properties Management in order to provide a full service real estate organization, which includes land development, acquisition, investment, construction, design, financing, leasing and property management. Dan is highly respected and knowledgeable in all phases of commercial real estate development having been directly involved in the development of over 3,000 acres of property and over 500 building and development projects, totaling over $ 1,000,000,000 in value.

Al has over 30 years of diverse financial planning, analysis and control experience with public and private companies including 15 years in senior management positions in the architectural, engineering, construction and real estate development industries. He is responsible for leading the financial, accounting and administrative functions, as well as participating in strategic business planning and implementation. Al earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Saint Vincent College and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from Kent State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and member of the Ohio Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants where he is active in the construction, accounting, auditing and tax sections.

Greg has over 10 years of commercial real estate/transactional experience concentrating on sales and acquisitions, retail, office and industrial leasing, construction and development, financing and title insurance. Prior to joining Neyer Properties, Inc., Greg was a Partner with the law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL. He is responsible for managing various corporate, legal and regulatory/compliance management matters, as well as participating in strategic business planning and implementation. Greg received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Management from the University of Kentucky, and his J.D. from Chase College of Law. He is a licensed attorney in Ohio and Kentucky, and a member of the Cincinnati and Kentucky Bar Associations, where he is active in the commercial real estate sections.

Karman has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of Neyer’s $200 million portfolio. Karman also oversees all leasing activity for each asset and supervises the administration of all activities related to the physical operation and management of day-to-day fiscal activities. Her diverse portfolio of expertise includes retail, office, high-rise, and industrial buildings. Karman holds a Bachelor’s in Business from DePauw University.
