Ben is the Chief Investment Officer and is a member of the Operating and Investment Committees of NCP, and the managing member of Hillspoint Partners. While at Northlight's affiliates, Northlight Asset Management and Northlight Asset Management II, he has assisted on a variety of distressed real estate transactions. Prior to becoming affiliated with Northlight, from 2008-2009 Ben was founder and managing member of Hillspoint Group, a real estate advisory and management firm. Prior to forming Hillspoint, Ben was a business development leader at Black Diamond Capital Management, spent 10 years at GE Capital in various management roles in GE Real Estate, GE Global Financial Restructuring, and GE Equity, and before joining GE Capital was a Senior Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand. Ben has a BA from Princeton University and a MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.

Lukasz is the Director of Finance at NCP. Prior to NCP, Lukasz worked at GE Asset Management, Citi Private Equity Services and Midwood Securities. Lukasz has a BS in accounting from Hunter College and a BA from University of Economics in Krakow. Lukasz is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
