Oak Tree Management, provides property management, leasing, maintenance, and renovations services to owners of rental buildings, to cooperative and condominium boards, and to investor-owned coop or condo units. Jere Lucey has 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, where he has been involved in raising more than $7 billion in public equity offerings, private equity offerings, note sales, debt securities offerings, and acquisition and financing transactions of commercial properties. Noteworthy transactions include the first issuance of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) by the Resolution Trust Corporation with Jere as advisor; five initial public offerings of REIT shares totaling over $1 billion with Jere as banker; debt and CMBS offerings totaling over $1 billion; and, in the past three years, originating over $650 in mortgage loans, including $350 million in mortgage loans on multifamily properties. Currently with Jones Lang LaSalle, Jere has worked in the real estate finance groups at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and the Investment Bank at Prudential Securities.

Richard Rosan

Founder of Oak Tree Residential & Oak Tree Management, Rich Rosan has acquired, renovated, and converted residential properties to cooperatives in Brooklyn, New York, since 1985. From 1992 to 2011, Rick Rosan was the President of the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”), a globally focused organization centered on land use development that boasts an international membership of over 20,000 real estate professionals. Rick also served as the President of the ULI Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the ULI. Rick is a consultant to the ULI Foundation and the Bipartisan Policy Center. Rick is an architect and Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and spent 22 years working in several capacities for the City of New York. For 12 years, Rick served as the City’s Economic Development Director. Preceding that post, he spent six years as President of the Real Estate Board of New York and five years in the private development business working as Project Director on several large New York City development projects.

Liz Alverson

Liz Alverson has been with Oak Tree Management, Ltd. for 18 years, where she is an officer of two Boards of Directors of the two coop apartment buildings managed by Oak Tree Management. Liz handles all tenant matters, including required filings with the Department of Housing and Community Renewal of the state of New York as well as with related New York City agencies. Unfortunately, she sometimes finds herself in Landlord/Tenant court. Liz is experienced in managing apartment and building renovations, including an elevator modernization and the replacement of a heating system.
