Justin Albright

Prior to OakPoint Justin was with Allegiance Realty Corporation in Charlotte where he was responsible for acquisitions totaling over $150M. He is a licensed affiliate real estate broker and has extensive institutional- level experience in valuation, debt modeling, market due diligence, and investment analysis -- both at the asset management and acquisition level. A graduate of Furman University, Justin holds a MBA from Vanderbilt University.

James Granberry

Prior to OakPoint James served as Senior Investment Manager with Freeman Webb Companies. There, James acquired, financed, and asset managed more than $200 million in assets. He has expertise in valuation, portfolio management, asset management, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions. A graduate of Furman University, James holds a MBA in finance and strategy from Vanderbilt University where he graduated in the top of his class.
