Jarrad brings unparalleled experience to his position at Olympus Property. As Vice President of Finance, he is responsible for all of the Company's tax and accounting matters. In this capacity, he is responsible for tax compliance, financial reporting, cash management, and investment forecasting. He also maintains banking relationships and plays a key role in acquisitions and investor relations. During his tenure at Olympus Property, Jarrad has served as an accountant and acquisitions analyst, handling all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of multifamily real estate investments. Jarrad holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

Chandler Wonderly

Chandler founded Olympus Property in 1992 while still a junior at Georgetown University. After honing his skills in real estate appraisal, income return calculations, lease analysis, property strategy and financial analysis for Prudential Realty Group and General American, in 1997 he devoted himself full time to managing and growing Olympus Property. Chandler focuses on all corporate financial decisions, expansion planning, asset selection and all aspects of investor relations. He has impressed investors, team members and industry peers with his dedication to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professional ethics in every aspect of Olympus operations. His can-do attitude and penchant for follow-through are the foundation for Olympus Property's success.

Anthony Wonderly

Anthony closed his first real estate investment deal at the age of 18, partnering with his brother Chandler to found Olympus Property. Today he oversees the operations activity. Anthony is responsible for the operations of the entire Olympus Property portfolio. He oversees the central role in the acquisition of new properties and assists in the planning and implementation of renovation programs. A firm believer that a hands-on management approach enhances a property's value for investors and residents alike, he is intently focused on the complete end-to-end integration of all newly acquired assets into Olympus Property's proven business practices.

Braden has a track record of building successful relationships throughout his career, both in a capital raising capacity as well as developing strong channel partnerships. Currently, his role is to build and maintain relationships with our equity partners at Olympus Property. After graduating with an Economics degree from the University of Richmond, Braden honed his entrepreneurial ability as a real estate analyst while working for a small Chicago-based firm specializing in purchasing foreclosures throughout the city. With a passion for working alongside investors, he transferred these skills into the world of capital raising. He has successfully overachieved targets in multiple sales roles, both as a financial wholesaler at Zacks Wealth Management as well as building and selling a distribution channel for a new financial technology platform while working for Tomlinson Capital. Throughout his career, he has consistently overachieved his quota year after year and ranked as a top performer amongst his colleagues.
