PM Hospitality Strategies, Inc. (PMHS) is the hotel management company headquartered in Washington, DC, specializing in providing outstanding financial returns for hotel owners nationwide. The company manages 25 hotel properties, providing development, technical consulting, on-site management, revenue leadership & strategy, and accounting expertise. PM Hospitality Strategies manages full-service and select-service hotels in the Hilton, Starwood, Marriott and Choice families of brands. Since the opening of its first hotel in 1996, PMHS has participated in the development, acquisition/renovation, and management of over 20 hotels with a market capitalization approaching $1 billion.

David Pollin

Dave Pollin provides hands-on direction to each hotel project undertaken. He is responsible for market and site selection; acquisition and new development due diligence; architectural and interior design direction; civil engineering; contractor selection; and brand affiliation. In addition, Dave Pollin is deeply involved in the construction process; applying lessons learned from the fourteen hotels he is responsible for developing or renovating. David Pollin spent three years with Laventhol & Horwath's (L&H) Management Advisory Services group and Warnick & Company, a successor firm, widely recognized as having the preeminent hospitality consulting practice worldwide. He spent seven years in hotel and restaurant operations for Westin, Sheraton, and Tony Roma's, a full-service restaurant organization with outlets around the world. Mr. Pollin is a Trustee of the Federal City Council (Washington, DC); serves on the Owner's Advisory Council of Hilton's Embassy Suites brand; and is a Director of Monument Bank, based in Bethesda, Maryland. His community activities include: Past President and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation — Mid-Atlantic Chapter; and Education Chair of the US Capital Chapter of the Young President's Organization (YPO).

Robert Buccini

Robert Buccini leads the company's general real estate development, non-hotel management, and leasing efforts. Prior to co-founding BPG, Mr. Buccini was an assistant vice president for real estate development at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (EDC). While at the EDC, his projects included the Times Square-Disney redevelopment project, Brooklyn's Metro Tech, the city's first information technology building, and the New York City Discovery Fund (a $50 million venture fund investing in NYC-based technology companies). Prior to that engagement, Mr. Buccini was a broker and senior analyst for Kenneth D. Laub and Company, a commercial real estate brokerage firm based in New York City.

Christopher Buccini

Christopher Buccini is the director of acquisitions and oversees financing and capitalization strategies for the company. Mr. Buccini also oversees Buccini/Pollin Real Estate Partners LLC, a private equity fund that makes direct investments in real estate on behalf of institutional and high net-worth individuals. Prior to joining BPG, Mr. Buccini served as Director of Acquisitions and Senior Vice President of Barrow Street Capital, LLC, a New York City-based real estate private equity fund affiliated with Greenhill & Company. Barrow Street's portfolio included office, industrial, retail, multi-family, parking, and manufactured housing investments nationwide. Prior to joining Barrow Street, Mr. Buccini was a Vice President at Eastdil Realty, where he was involved in the disposition of office, retail, industrial, lodging and multi-family product and development financing on behalf of institutional and private clients.

Greg Miller

Greg J. Miller, Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), is the Managing Director and co-founder of PM Hospitality Strategies, Inc. In addition to charting the company-wide aspects of PMHS's operations, Mr. Miller is an active participant in each hotel design and renovation project for BPG. Mr. Miller also functions as the Managing Director for each of the company's hotels. Mr. Miller has extensive knowledge of the consulting field having mastered project development, franchise, strategic & development consulting, financial evaluation and appraisal. Prior to the creation of PMHS, Mr. Miller served as the Regional Development Director for Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts covering a 10-state region. He has specialized in operational, financial and valuation consulting related to hospitality and recreational real estate properties. As a manager for the leading hospitality consulting firm during the 1980s, he completed development planning, site selection, market studies and financial analysis for a wide range of lodging projects. His dossier of operations experience, before starting PMHS, includes management roles with Marriott, Westin and Doubletree Hotels. Mr. Miller was on the management teams at two Mobil Five Star Award winning properties - the Arizona Biltmore (Westin) and Camelback Inn (Marriott). Marketplace by Marriott, recently merging with Hyatt Corporation to form Avendra (an e-based procurement portal for the hospitality industry) recruited Mr. Miller to be a founding Advisory Council member. He also serves on the Region Five Advisory Board for Choice Hotels International.
