Mr. Galland joined Pacific Eagle Holdings Corporation in 2014 as Vice President. His main responsibility is to oversee developments from acquisition to completion. Prior to joining Pacific Eagle, Mr. Galland worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he last led its hospitality investment and corporate advisory business in Beijing. He worked on more than 400 real estate projects and corporate transactions worth US$12 billion. His development experience encompasses more than 70 million sf urban mixed-use, hospitality and residential projects. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and International Hospitality Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Western Switzerland and a Master’s Degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Lo Ka Shui is the Chairman of the Pacific Eagle Holdings Corporation. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Great Eagle Holdings Limited, the Chairman of the publicly listed trusts, Champion Real Estate Investment Trust and Langham Hospitality Investments. Dr. Lo is a Vice President of the Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, a Trustee of the Hong Kong Centre for Economic Research, a Vice Chairman of The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies and a Member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. He graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and from Cornell University with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Degree. He was certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. Dr. Lo has over three decades of experience in property development and investments throughout Asia, Europe and North America.

Mr. Lam is the President of Pacific Eagle Holdings Corporation, overseeing the company’s property investment, development, and its real estate fund in the US. Prior to joining Pacific Eagle and Great Eagle, Mr. Lam held senior roles in both privately held and publicly listed organizations. Mr. Lam served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Land Holdings Limited, the Chief Financial Officer of Langham Hotels International Limited, Strategic Planning and Development Director with the Fok Ying Tung Group and General Manager – Corporate Development of HKR International Limited. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lam worked with global energy leader Shell Oil in China and Hong Kong, and held various key roles with the HK-listed power company, CLP Group.

Mr. Aasen joined Pacific Eagle Holdings Corporation in 2015 as Vice President. He is responsible for creating and executing Pacific Eagle’s strategy for commercial investment, acquisition and development, as well as overseeing the firm’s capital market activities. Prior to Pacific Eagle, Mr. Aasen held positions at Buchan Street Partners, VIC Partners, and Wells Fargo Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Mr. Aasen has completed over $2.0 billion of real estate investment, development, equity and debt transactions across various real estate product types. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation.
