Jeffrey Danley
Mr. Danley is founder and Managing Partner of Peak Capital Partners, LLC and is responsible for managing the firm's multi-family portfolio in the Western U.S. Jeff has been acquiring and managing multi-family properties since 2001. Jeff began his career at Arthur Andersen in the firm's Global Corporate Finance group where he provided M&A advisory and support services. He later joined CCP Equity Partners, a Hartford, Connecticut-based private equity firm with $500 million under management. After CCP Equity Partners, Jeff worked at Adams Street Partners, a $10 billion private equity firm in Chicago. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting and a Minor in Economics from Brigham Young University. He received his Masters of Business Administration Degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was recognized as an Edward Tuck Scholar with Distinction. He is a Level III candidate in the Certified Financial Analyst program.
Jeff Burmingham
Mr. Burningham is a founder and Managing Partner at Peak Capital Partners, LLC and is primarily responsible for business development and investor relations. Jeff has been involved in the real estate investment industry since 2003. Jeff began his career as the founder of Mindwire, a technology company, which he later sold to a NASDAQ-listed company where he served as an Executive Vice President for several years. During this time Jeff was selected as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the state of Utah. Jeff later founded and sold two other successful companies before focusing on the real estate industry. Jeff graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. Jeff is also active in philanthropy and is currently serving on six boards, three of which are for non-profit causes that he believes in.
Jamie Dunn
Mr. Dunn is a founder and Managing Partner at Peak Capital Partners, LLC and is responsible for managing the firm's student housing and its multi-family portfolio in the Southeastern U.S. and Colorado. Jamie has been acquiring and managing multi-family properties since 2006. Jamie began his career as an analyst at Banc of America Securities in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. After leaving Banc of America Securities, Jamie joined the Dallas office of Bain & Company, a leading strategy consulting firm. Following his Bain experience, Jamie worked in acquisitions at Liberty Property Trust, a $4 billion office and industrial REIT. He later joined Crosland, the leading diversified real estate company in the southeastern United States, focused on multi-family and mixed-use development. While at Crosland, Jamie directed the formation of a $250 million land fund of discretionary capital from a leading life insurance company. Jamie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and American Studies at Brigham Young University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the Wharton School of Business, with a focus on real estate and finance.
