Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, L.L.C. ("Pearlmark") is a private equity real estate investment firm. Since 1996, Pearlmark has been dedicated to creating value for its investors, sponsoring a series of private institutional real estate funds to acquire, develop, and manage undervalued commercial real estate properties and originate high-yield debt opportunities throughout the U.S. Based in Chicago with offices in Denver and New York, Pearlmark employs a team of professionals focused on value-added owner/operator investing and debt origination. Since inception, Pearlmark has sponsored 13 private real estate investment funds. Together with its capital partners, including insurance companies, public and private pension funds, foundations and endowments, banks, corporations and high net worth investors, Pearlmark has committed approximately $4 billion of equity capital. The firm has made more than 500 office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mezzanine loan investments nationwide, representing a gross investment of over $12 billion.
