Jeffrey Rosenberg
Jeff, a co-founder of Pebb Capital, provides guidance across all enterprise and investment related activity. Prior to Pebb Capital, Jeff co-founded Pebb Enterprises, a multi-generational real estate office that has developed, owned, and operated a diverse family-owned portfolio consisting of retail and office properties in excess of $500M throughout Florida for the last 45 years.
Todd Rosenberg
Todd, a co-founder of Pebb Capital, presides over strategic planning, process, and execution of Pebb Capital real estate ventures. Prior to Pebb Capital, he was the co-chief financial officer and in-house counsel for Pebb Enterprises. Todd began his career as a securities litigator at Fowler White Burnett and Homer Bonner & Delgado in Miami representing major financial and securities brokerage firms and has a BS in Speech Communications from Syracuse University and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Ian Horowitz
Ian, a co-founder of Pebb Capital, presides over the real estate investment committee and the fixed income and futures portfolios. Prior to joining Pebb Capital, he spent more than a decade in the financial services industry trading fixed income, derivatives, and equities. Ian began his career as a lawyer for Prudential Securities and a compliance examiner for the NASD’s enforcement division and has both a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
Carlos Jimenez
Carlos, a co-founder of Pebb Capital, serves as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Pebb Capital, Carlos began his career at Wells Fargo where he originated and managed over $600M of conventional balance sheet and structured debt. Carlos has a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Operations and Information Management.
Robert Truett
Rob Truett leads PEBB’s investment efforts and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and underwriting new acquisitions as well as executing on PEBB’s disposition strategy. Additionally, Rob is responsible for securing construction loans and long-term financing for PEBB’s investments. Prior to joining PEBB, Rob worked at Equity One (NYSE: EQY) and oversaw the asset management of a 3.5 Million SF retail portfolio and was involved in a series of retail acquisitions and dispositions totaling over $700 Million. Rob also held various positions with JPMorgan’s Real Estate Investment Management group and with PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York. Rob graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Florida State University and a M.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
Ian Weiner
As President, Ian is responsible for formulating and overseeing PEBB’s vision and implementing its strategy. Ian oversees acquisitions, development, leasing and is also responsible for managing all of PEBB’s legal affairs. Ian received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received his Juris Doctorate from Cardozo Law School. Ian is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the International Council of shopping Centers (ICSC).
Bruce Weiner
Having started the company in 1972, Bruce has been a widely recognized real estate developer in South Florida, having owned and developed over 4 Million square feet of office buildings and shopping centers. Under his guidance, PEBB has expanded to become a premier real estate investor and developer on a national scale.
