Jared Lucero
Jared L. Lucero is the President of PCG and one of its original founders. Mr. Lucero acts as chairman of the company’s loan committee. Prior to co-founding PCG, Mr. Lucero served as the Chief Operations Officer of a multi-state mortgage brokerage. His responsibilities while with the brokerage included managing a sales force of close to 60 loan officers in six offices in five states. Also during his time with Investment Lending, Mr. Lucero was consistently the top producing broker for the company. Mr. Lucero attended both Utah State University and Southern Utah University.
Eric Enloe
Mr. Enloe began working with PCG in March 2009 as a consultant. As the newest officer of the company, Mr. Enloe brings extensive operations experience and leadership ability to our company. Mr. Enloe has 13 years of experience working in the leadership and management of business operations spanning multiple industries such as energy, aerospace, financial services, professional sports, construction and international distribution. He has been successful working in large Fortune 500 firms as well as start-ups. Over the previous 5 years, Mr. Enloe worked with 3 successful start-ups helping to design and implement strategic and operational models. As an executive at Bank of America, Mr. Enloe led a team tasked with the redesign of strategic and operational planning processes. Earlier in his career as a process engineer and quality leader at Bell Helicopter, Mr. Enloe led multiple teams of engineers, production personnel and government program regulators to improve composite manufacturing processes and avoid millions in costly rejected parts and lost productivity.
Justin Griffin
Mr. Griffin joined PCG in 2007 as Principal Underwriter. Having underwritten over $200 million in private loans to date, Mr. Griffin has extensive experience in managing and assessing the risks inherent in private real-estate-backed loans. Mr. Griffin has almost 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including founding a successful mortgage company which he sold in 2004. Mr. Griffin received a B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
