Ryan Anderson

Ryan founded RCA Electric in 2014. His resume began as a 19yr old, working as an apprentice; he quickly elevated himself to journeyman, lead foreman, and project manager before starting RCA Electric. As an entrepreneur, Ryan is conservative and calculated in his approach. His commitment to long term sustainability for both his employees and clientele cultivate a secure and trusting environment. Ambitious by nature, Ryan has seized opportunities to learn and grow, always searching out new ways to improve upon what’s already been done. In addition to Ryan’s general management responsibilities, Ryan is heavily involved in preconstruction/estimating and project management. As RCA continues to grow, Ryan’s emphasis on uncompromising quality remains at the forefront and sets him apart from his competitors. Ryan was born and raised in Santa Rosa and is married with two young kids. When it’s time to decompress, Ryan enjoys road biking or mountain biking around Napa and Sonoma County.

Field Supervisor

Christopher Pratt

Chris has been in the electrical industry for 15 years. After graduating from WECA, a state endorsed apprenticeship program, Chris quickly became known for his unique ability to oversee and organize largescale projects. Given that experience he’s a respected resource for many, not just at RCA, but throughout the industry. Chris helps in supervising field development and quality control while maintaining primary oversight of a large residence or winery project. His attention to detail and unwavering standards instantly develop a great rapport with contractors and clients. Chris’ ability to see the big picture while not losing sight of the small details makes him a valuable asset in this role. On a personal level, Chris lives in Windsor with his wife and 2 kids. An outdoorsman, Chris loves to spend his time away from work camping, hunting, and fishing.

Project Manager

Keith Hitman

Keith started his career in the electrical industry on the warehouse floor. Seen as a fast learner with a good business sense, Keith was fast tracked into project and upper management. Following a 7-year stint with an electrical contractor, Keith joined a high-end general contractor for the past 3 years before recently coming aboard with RCA Electric. Keith’s diverse experience in both general and electrical construction give him unique perspective. His ability to define, communicate, and deliver expectations for both clients and contractors make him a valuable asset to any project team. Self-motivated and client focused, Keith is a natural fit for the RCA culture. Responsible for preconstruction and project management, Keith is equipped to responsively multi-task and prioritize. His ability to manage and communicate thoroughly, yet quickly, adapts well to the ever changing landscape of a project. Born and raised in Sonoma County, Keith is married with 3 kids. Keith loves spending time with his family, building, and being outdoors.

AV Project Manager

Jason Nelson

Jason started his career in the audio industry 20 yrs. ago as an audio engineer before making the jump into the consumer AV/Integration market in 2006. His passion for the industry and uncompromising work ethic quickly elevated him from field technician & programmer, to project manager and system designer. From managing installation and project management teams, to technical service and support, those same traits continue to make Jason a trusted resource industry wide. With extensive experience in home cinema technologies & acoustic design, as well as a diverse portfolio in custom AV and large scale home automation, industry partners often lean on Jason for new technology experimentation and beta testing. As a CEDIA member since 2007, Jason is well versed in the ever changing landscape of the AV industry. Jason brings a sincere enthusiasm and multi-faceted expertise to the RCA team, but it's his ability to understand clients from a practical sense and clearly communicate expectations that really sets him apart. Jason lives in Petaluma with his wife and daughter. Very much a family man, Jason enjoys sharing his love of music with family and friends. With a predilection for new technology and new product integration, Jason often spends his down time exploring and examining the latest product offerings and industry progression.
