RSF Partners makes investments throughout the United States in all commercial real estate product types and loans collateralized by commercial real estate, and will invest across all layers of the capital structure. RSF is able to invest on a leveraged or unleveraged basis to appropriately manage risk. In particular, we focus our attention on three broad categories: • TRADITIONAL COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AND LOANS. The Fund invests across all commercial real estate product types and U.S. geographies, and has deep experience in situations that require complex capital structures, and value creation through asset repositioning. • SENIOR LIVING FACILITIES. RSF invests in real estate and operating entities across the full continuum of care, with a broad focus on markets with supply/demand mismatches and is willing to invest with substantial operational and regulatory barriers to entry. RSF is comfortable investing in both standalone facilities and on a programmatic basis either in a joint venture with the operator or as a landlord. • RESIDENTIAL LAND. The Fund has been investing in residential land through various cycles for over 15 years and has extensive in-house operating and management capabilities that enable it to span a wide range of opportunities including lot acquisition and development, fee building and multifamily development.
