Reed Goossens is a serial real estate entrepreneur and founder of RSN Property Group. As a native Australian, Reed moved to the US to pursue his investing career. A qualified structural engineer and project manager, Reed has been involved with construction and real estate since 2007. Reed’s expertise includes project management, property development and key stakeholder management. Reed has been involved in the development and acquisition of over $500 mill. worth of real estate and infrastructure across four continents; Australia, North America, Europe and South East Asia. After gaining valuable experience working in the engineering and construction industry, Reed decided to pursue his passion for real estate development and investing by starting RSN Property Group. Throughout recent years Reed has developed his personal portfolio of solid cash flow investment properties. Joe Fairless, controls over $54,000,000 worth of real estate in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and Cincinnati. A native Texan, Joe grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from Texas Tech University. He currently splits his time between Dallas-Fort Worth and Cincinnati. He has been investing in real estate since 2008 and, prior to that, was the youngest vice president at an award-winning advertising agency. He is also the host of the world’s longest running daily real estate podcast, Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever, where he has interviewed guests such as Barbara Corcoran and Robert Kiyosaki.
Mr. Muller is a Managing Principal for Beach City Capital, LLC and is actively involved in all aspects of Business Development, Investments and Project Management. He is an accomplished and results-oriented development and project management professional with over eight years experience in entitlements, architecture, construction, structured finance and real estate development. Through agreements, Mr. Muller works with Ensemble Investments, LLC in Long Beach as development Manager and also consultants as Managing Principal with Muller Architecture and Planning in Redondo Beach. Prior to current engagements, Mr. Muller served as Project Manager for Southern California Land Use and managed over $70MM in proposed entitlements, building permits, pre-development evaluations, and strategic planning for commercial, industrial, and residential real estate development. Mr. Muller holds a Master in Architecture and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy.
