Jilliene is the CEO and Co-Founder of RealtyMogul.com, responsible for the company’s strategic direction and operations. Jilliene, who sits on RealtyMogul.com’s board, has underwritten over $5 billion of real estate and was previously a Vice President at Union Bank, where she spent time in Wealth Management, Finance and Risk Management. Jilliene is a Certified Wealth Strategist®, holds Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses and has a degree in Business from Georgetown University.
Justin Hughes
Justin is the CTO and Co-Founder of RealtyMogul.com and a licensed real estate professional in California. Justin, who also sits on the company’s board, previously ran an independent consultancy in Los Angeles managing on-line communities and building web presences. Justin holds Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
Megan Goodfellow
Megan, RealtyMogul.com’s Chief Credit Officer, has been involved in institutional finance for three decades. She specializes in the analysis of real estate capital structures and financial strategies. Megan was previously the Director of Affordable Housing Special Asset Management at Centerline Capital Group, where she was responsible for overseeing more than 50 properties and the restructuring of troubled assets. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Underwriter and Credit Officer of the CMBS group of JP Morgan Chase, where she oversaw five regional offices and 30 underwriters responsible for the underwriting and closing of both conduit and balance sheet loans. Megan earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and is a CFA.
Aaron Halfacre
Aaron Halfacre is the President of RealtyMogul and is responsible for crafting company-wide strategy, driving execution and augmenting business growth. A member of the executive team and voting member of the firm’s investment committee, he will be particularly focused on further growing assets under management and real estate transaction volume. A REIT industry executive, Mr. Halfacre has over 20 years of investment experience across real estate and alternatives, debt and equity, retail and institutional, and both public and private markets.

Christopher Fraley is Chief Investment Officer for RealtyMogul.com, overseeing underwriting, closing and asset management for the firm’s debt and equity investments. Mr. Fraley has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, including sourcing transactions and negotiating complex joint venture equity partnerships. From 2006-2013, Mr. Fraley sat on the Investment Committee for Rockwood Capital, a privately held real estate investment and advisory firm with more than $8 billion in assets under management. He served on the Investment Committee for Funds V, VI, VII, VII and IX. He also served as a member of the Research and Strategy Committee and the Management Committee.

Karen Fleck serves as Chief Operating Officer for RealtyMogul.com, overseeing accounting & finance, legal & compliance, as well as general firm-wide operations. Ms. Fleck is also Chief Financial Officer of the MogulREIT I and MogulREIT II offerings, and of RM Adviser, LLC, a SEC registered investment adviser and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Realty Mogul, Co.
Richard Van Wert
Richard Van Wert is Managing Director of the Commercial Real Estate Originations Team with responsibility for sourcing debt and equity commercial real estate transactions for the Realty Mogul Platform and family of MogulREITs. Mr. Van Wert has over 25 years of commercial real estate investment experience with an emphasis on JV and direct equity investment throughout the U.S on behalf of private, foreign and institutional investors.
