Darren brings a strong background in real estate and private equity development to Recentric. In the late 1990s, Darren successfully raised $4 million for a start-up called Winebid.com. The company grew to $25 million in annual revenue and 50 employees worldwide under Darren’s stewardship. Subsequent to his internet start-up, Darren has been solely focused on commercial real estate investments, multi-family development, and commercial real estate brokerage. Darren’s approach to real estate is both highly quantitative and qualitative in his analysis and selection of opportunities. As a CCIM, Darren has a vast network of relationships through CCIM and other industry contacts that are a major benefit in carrying out many types of transactions and strategies.
Amy serves as Recentric’s General Counsel providing advice on matters relating to real estate, contracts, landlord/tenant relationships, compliance and risk reduction. She received her law degree from the University of Iowa in 1997 and currently holds an active license in Colorado. Amy has over twelve years of experience in real estate law and also holds a Colorado real estate broker license. Amy previously worked as a commercial litigation attorney in Chicago where she litigated cases ranging from $20,000 to over $30 billion.
Kevin has a track record of success spanning two decades. Throughout his career, he utilized his marketing know-how and management skills to build a successful advertising agency, a media company and national internet marketing firm. Kevin has had extensive experience in all forms of consumer-to-business and business-to-business marketing, including real estate and investment marketing. Kevin is responsible for handling all facets of Recentric’s marketing and communications needs.
