Brant is the co-founder of Reserve Capital Partners and the founder of Landry Commercial Real Estate Services and has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience. Landry’s experience includes over 500 office, industrial and retail leases or sales transactions. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Jenny and their three sons.

Clint has 15 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage industry and is currently a Principle at Transwestern. Clint’s primary expertise is in CRE acquisition and disposition. He has assisted clients and partners in several hundred transactions during his career. During his tenure and he also been extensively involved in Landlord and Tenant work.

Greg is a 35-year veteran in the Commercial Real Estate markets from Texas to Florida. Greg’s specific expertise is in capital structures and financing with $2.2 billion in executions since 1999. Greg spent 11 years with HFF as Office Head for the Atlanta office. Additional experience was acquired as he has headed up capital markets executions for ultra high-networth families. Greg has substantial experience in office and industrial assets, but also extends this experience to retail, multifamily, hospitality and healthcare. His most recent position was as President of a small private healthcare fund providing guidelines for acquisitions, developments, joint-venture partnerships, and financing. Greg is from Dallas and attended the University of Texas at Austin. He has two sons, enjoys shooting sporting clays, is an avid fan of Formula 1 and other motor sports.
