Robert Hill is a 25-year veteran of the retail brokerage and development industry. Experience includes the identification and acquisition of more than 125 sites in multiple metropolitan locations for national brands including Commerce Bank, Giant Food, Jiffy Lube and CVS, and leading the acquisition, development and leasing of more than 600,000 square feet of retail centers. Robert graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate. A 22-year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), he also serves as a board member for Urban Promise, a private school in Camden that helps children and teens build the skills necessary for academic achievement, life management, spiritual growth, and leadership. He previously served on the Moorestown School Board in New Jersey and served as President of the Moorestown Education Foundation.

Ron's responsibilities include acquisition of existing retail centers and new development. Ron has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisition, investment sales, leasing and asset management, as well as $1.0 billion in transactions with some of the largest public and private institutions in the industry. His broad knowledge and experience in acquisitions, investment brokerage and leasing will enable Retail Sites, LLC to expand its acquisition of existing retail centers and new developments in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Ron graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance, and he received his Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Towson University. He has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for more than 24 years, and is currently on the PA/NJ Program Planning Committee and is a Sub-Committee Chairman.

Morgan Konstantinidis focuses on Retail Sites’ development, leasing and tenant representation services, adding deep value to a wide range of transactions. Previously, Morgan worked at Interstate Commercial Real Estate on site selection activities and supported the leasing department of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Morgan graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S in Real Estate. Morgan is an active member ot the International Council of Shopping Centers, and currently holding the positions of ICSC PA/NJ/DE Idea Exchange Committe member and NextGen Program Chair, as well as ISCS National NextGen Conference Committee Member.
Dave Vitali
Dave Vitali applies a broad expertise in retail store operations, retail leasing and brokerage to his clients’ initiatives. Prior to joining Retail Sites, Dave handled owner and tenant representation as a Sales Associate with Fameco Real Estate, working closely with national retailers entering the Greater Philadelphia region. He also brings a first-hand understanding of both retail and real estate operations as the former owner of a lighting and home furnishing store and a partner in the new food concept – Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steak burgers.
