Razmig co-manages RPP and is specifically responsible for asset management and capital markets. Prior to RPP, Razmig, a serial entrepreneur, co-founded several companies and practices, including Roland Berger Strategy Consultants’ Middle East practice and served as Partner and Saudi Arabian Country Manager. Within six years, Roland Berger was ranked one of the top five consulting firms in the Middle East, managing over fifty consultants. Razmig started his career at Booz & Co. and Deloitte Consulting. Razmig is a graduate of American University of Beirut, Carnegie Mellon University, and Harvard University.
Ani co-manages RPP and is specifically responsible for acquisitions and investor relations. Prior to Rubicon Point Partners, Ani served in the Obama administration responsible for the $200 billion TALF program and restarting the securitization market during the height of the recent financial crisis. Previously she was with Rockwood Capital, in the capacity of acquisitions, asset management, and establishing a $400 million separate account on behalf of a state pension fund. Her career began at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ani is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Business School.
Luke is responsible for investment sourcing and acquisitions. Prior to RPP, Luke was with Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank’s Silicon Valley office where he specialized in investment sales and leasing. Luke was involved in 40 investment and lease transactions totaling $150 million, including the sale of a 16-acre office redevelopment site on behalf of GE capital. Luke is a graduate of California State University, Chico.
Brian is responsible for investment analysis and development management. Prior to RPP, Brian worked in M&A advisory and capital raising with clients throughout Latin America. Previously, he was with Layton Construction for 5 years where he managed preconstruction activities of large commercial construction projects ranging in value from $10 million to $1.2 billion. Clients included Marriott Corporation, the University of Utah, and Healthcare Corporation of America. Brian has a degree from Brigham Young University in Construction Management and has an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School.
