Sean has extensive experience raising capital and providing innovative efficiency solutions for entrepreneurial firms. Over the years, he has transformed the operations of numerous companies, resulting in rapid and sustainable growth for his clients and partners. After working with a boutique real estate investment trust in 2010, Sean decided to apply his diverse operational expertise and strong finance background to multi-family real estate investment and has not looked back since. Sean received a BBA in Finance from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Between 2011 and 2014, Sean advised both high net worth individuals and corporate clients in the underwriting, acquisition, renovation, management and disposition of large multi-family investment property. Having closed nearly three hundred million dollars in apartment building transactions over that period, Sean gained an intimate understanding of how to successfully navigate the intricacies of large real estate deals and overcome myriad complications.
