Douglas Sansone

Doug Sansone is licensed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission. He is a member of the St Louis Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Doug received his B.A. degree from St. Louis University in 1994 and has a Masters in Real Estate with an emphasis in Commercial Development from Webster University. Doug has completed continuing education classes through the ICSC and the University of Wisconsin. Doug is currently a member of the Board of Trustees at Rossman School and past Chairman of the school’s Buildings and Grounds Committee. He also serves on the Huntleigh Village Board of Adjustments and is an Advisory Board member for the William K. Busch Brewing Company. Doug is one of the founding Board members and current President of F.I.R.S.T. (Friends of Immigrants & Refugees of St. Louis). He is also a Member of the Board of Great Rivers Habitat Alliance. Doug’s additional charity work includes serving as Chairperson for the Old Newboys and Co-Chair for the Cardinal Glennon Gallop. Doug is member at Algonquin golf club, Racquet Club Ladue, and Strathalbyn Farms Club. He is a member and Co-Captain of the St. Louis Polo Club, a member of the United States Polo Association, and a Life Sponsor of Ducks Unlimited.

James Sansone

Jim Sansone is a licensed attorney and a member of the Missouri Bar Association, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) serving as a panelist on issues affecting the real estate industry. Jim Sansone received his B.S.B.A. degree from The John Cook School of Business at St. Louis University in 1983 and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Law in 1987. Jim is a St. Louis Zoo Commissioner, a Member of the Board of the Urological Research Foundations (URF), and serves on the Facilities & Grounds committee for St. Louis University High School. Jim served on the Developers Advisory Committee for the Missouri State Highway and Transportation Department (MoDot) and served as a Board Member and Chairman of the St. Louis Archdiocesan Catholic Appeal Fundraiser. Jim has served on the Board of Trustees for Fontbonne University as well as the President of the Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital Development Board. Jim is a recipient of the St. Louis King Award presented by the Archdiocese of St. Louis, and was chosen to the 2012 Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame.

Nicholas Sansone

Nick Sansone is a licensed attorney who is a member of the Missouri Bar Association. He is currently an active member of numerous professional organizations including: International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), CORFAC International and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Nick currently serves as the Midwest Regional Chair for the Personal Investing Network with YPO and is a member of the Membership Committee for the Missouri Athletic Club. He is also a former member of the Advisory Board for Webster University. Receiving a B.A. degree in Psychology from Webster University in 2001, Nick went on to earn his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The John Marshall Law School in 2005. As an active member of our community, Nick currently serves as a Member of the Board for FIRST (Friends of Immigrants & Refugees in St. Louis), as well as BackStoppers of St. Louis (a charitable organization dedicated to assisting the families of fallen law enforcement officers and firefighters). He is also passionate about The Mission Continues (a charitable organization formed to assist veterans in continuing their missions through community service projects) and formerly served as Chair of the Leadership Committee. In 2011, Nick was the recipient of the Mission Continues Compass Award for Trust.
