Sarofim Realty Advisors

Sarofim is a registered investment advisor founded in 1982. We provide real estate investment management services to a select number of long-term clients. Clients include a diverse and distinguished list of endowments, foundations and other institutions, including some of the nation’s largest pension funds. The firm is a wholly owned corporate subsidiary of Fayez Sarofim & Co., a nationally recognized investment advisory firm specializing in the management of equity investments on behalf of institutions and individuals since 1958. Sarofim’s investment portfolios consist of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and land investments located nationwide. We seek acquisition and development opportunities in most property types and across the breadth of the risk spectrum. In addition to identifying and executing these investment strategies, Sarofim Realty Advisors further enhances value through proactive asset management that focuses on increasing operating cash flows and improving the investment's positioning and quality, thereby increasing value by reducing its exit capitalization rate. Our acquisition criteria will change from time to time depending on a variety of factors including economic statistics and trends, real estate market conditions, and risk/return parameters within our portfolios.
