Danny founded the company bearing his name in 1994. Over Danny’s 20+ year career, he has played an active role in commercial and residential development in Texas and Oklahoma. From large scale master planned communities to niche infill / redevelopment and mixed-use projects, his broad experience and entrepreneurial skills have helped fuel the company’s unprecedented growth. Under his leadership, The Signorelli Company is unique to the real estate industry, with company divisions focusing on land, retail, medical, commercial development and residential development. Since its inception, the company has been involved in over 6,000 acres of residential, commercial and multi-family projects. Jim Oyer oversees The Signorelli Company's residential, commercial, medical and land business. Oyer has over 35 years of experience in real estate finance and information systems, including more than 20 years with a premier global developer, and seven years with a long-established and well respected Houston-based developer. Jim’s extensive experience in the financial and operational aspects of both commercial and residential real estate adds strength to our outstanding executive team. His deep knowledge of information systems, organizational structuring, auditing and portfolio analysis will be a great asset as we expand our scope in Texas and Oklahoma.

Jeff has over 30 years of experience in real estate with major brokerage firms in Texas, including eight years with publicly traded (WRI) Weingarten Realty Investors in Houston, where he managed properties across the country, and five years with The Weitzman Group in Dallas, as well as other respected national and regional firms. Jeff has an excellent track record of leasing and operating properties in numerous markets throughout the U.S. As Sr. V.P. of Retail, Jeff directs the retail development team, leasing team as well as asset management and property management including financial analysis and acquisitions for the TSC portfolio. With over 2 million square-foot of shopping, dining and entertainment in some stage of development from pre-leasing to fully stabilized, the Retail team has rapidly grown into a leader in this asset class. TSC’s retail division is poised for substantial growth with significant projects in the current pipeline. Through Jeff’s leadership, TSC will continue to outperform the market in this asset class.

Dave began his career in new home construction nearly two decades ago and quickly discovered his career and lifelong passion for building homes and communities. His discipline focus and attention to detail enabled him to rise quickly through the ranks of the industry leaving a key position in one of the largest building companies in Texas to take the helm at First America Homes. Dave brings extensive knowledge and experience in residential construction, development, marketing and sales management. As Divison President of the Homebuilding Division of First America Homes, Dave has assembled one of the finest teams in the industry and has grown First America Homes into a perennial top 30 builder in the greater Houston market, with an ultimate goal of consistently being in the top 20. First America Homes builds affordable homes, ranging from the $170,000s to $300,000s, with a focus on value and quality.
