RICHARD C. RONALD is one of the Founders and Principals of Skyline. Rick joined Grubb & Ellis Company as an investment and industrial broker in 1985, received his California brokerage license in 1990 and his CCIM designation in 1992. Rick has been involved in the acquisition, management and disposition of over $2 billion of commercial real estate in his career. Rick earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business with emphases in Finance and Real Estate in 1985.
D. SCOTT RUEGG is one of the Founders and Principals of Skyline. Scott served as Asset Manager for Rue-Ell Enterprises, Inc., a family-owned real estate development and management company that owned over 55 retail and office properties in California with primary responsibility for leasing, building development and acquisitions. Scott is a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor and has served on numerous boards including the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Berkeley Association. Scott has been involved in the acquisition, management and disposition of over $2 billion of commercial and residential real estate in his career. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1983.
RICHARD H. MERRYMAN is one of the Founders and Principals of Skyline. In addition to his responsibilities at Skyline, Richard has over 20 years of expertise in the sale of commercial properties. For the past 18 years Richard has been associated with Marcus & Millichap, the nation's largest investment brokerage company with over 1200 agents. Richard is routinely recognized as a top producer with this brokerage firm. He is also a Senior Director of the National Retail Group, and consistently one of the Top 25 producers nationally for Marcus & Millichap. Throughout his career at Skyline Pacific Properties and Marcus & Millichap, he has completed nearly 900 transactions totaling over $1.25 billion. Richard graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1985.
DAVID J. MOORE is a Partner at Skyline. Prior to joining Skyline, Dave assisted numerous companies in the acquisition, disposition and financing of retail, office, hotel and industrial properties as an attorney with White & Case, LLP and Winston & Strawn, LLP, and managed various aspects of several residential developments as an executive at Shea Homes. Throughout his career, Dave has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and management of over $2 billion of commercial and residential real estate. Dave earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the University Of Virginia School Of Law.
