Mr. Munder is a Principal and serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Sterling Organization and its related companies. Mr. Munder's responsibilities include sourcing and aligning equity partners for appropriate investment opportunities and raising institutional capital for Sterling's closed-end discretionary funds. Additionally, he oversees investor relation matters for the company as they relate to both Sterling’s funds and both long-standing and newer investment partners. Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Munder served as the Managing Director of Rednum Capital Partners where he managed a portfolio of retail, office and multifamily assets. Prior to his work at Rednum Capital Partners, Mr. Munder was an Institutional Product Specialist at Johnson and Johnson and served as the Institutional Sales Director at Lee Munder Capital Group. Mr. Munder holds a B.A. from Boston College and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University.

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kosoy serves as the Managing Principal, President and Chief Executive Officer for Sterling Organization and its related companies, which he co-founded in 2007. Sterling Organization is a vertically integrated private equity real estate firm that has an established track record of providing exceptional risk-adjusted returns to its partners, in both relative and absolute terms. The company's national platform is focused on investing in value-add retail real estate assets and stabilized/core grocery-anchored shopping centers in major markets across the United States in partnership with the highest quality institutional investors. Mr. Kosoy’s corporate responsibilities are to formulate and oversee the company’s vision and to implement its strategy. Mr. Kosoy spearheads the investment activities and capital allocation of the company and for its managed funds. Along with his partners, Mr. Kosoy also manages all aspects of the firm’s daily operations as well as its fundraising activities. Additionally, he sits on the Investment Committees for all of the firm’s investment vehicles. Prior to Sterling and its preceding entities, Mr. Kosoy practiced law in New York City at the law firms of Moskowitz, Altman & Hughes, and thereafter at Anderson, Kill & Olick P.C., specializing in Real Estate, Corporate and Securities Transactions. Mr. Kosoy is currently a member of the President’s Council of The Real Estate Roundtable and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Foundation of South Florida, both the New York and Florida Bar Associations, and the Young Presidents’ Organization. Mr. Kosoy graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Western Ontario in Canada and received his law degree from Touro College’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York.

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Moross is a founding Principal and serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Sterling Organization and its related companies. As COO, Mr. Moross is responsible for the day to day operation of Sterling’s portfolio of assets, including the oversight of leasing, asset management, property management, redevelopment, construction, marketing, human resources and all administrative aspects of the company. Mr. Moross serves on the Investment Committees for the firm's investment vehicles. Over his career Mr. Moross has established a strong tenant representative network and has developed significant relationships with the majority of the national and regional retailers. Mr. Moross has extensive experience in big box leasing, property redevelopments, tenant improvement work, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions and financing. Mr. Moross graduated from the University of Miami Law School, cum laude, and was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont.

Michael Romaniw

Mr. Romaniw serves at the Chief Financial Officer of Sterling Organization and its related companies. As CFO, he is responsible for all financial aspects of the company including property and investor accounting, tax planning and compliance, and treasury operations. Mr. Romaniw also serves on Investment Committees for the firm's investment vehicles. Prior to joining Sterling Organization, Mr. Romaniw was Senior Vice President of Finance for Parmenter Realty Partners. Mr. Romaniw directed all financial operations and debt financings for Parmenter’s 4 institutional real estate funds totaling over $675 million in capital commitments. Prior to Parmenter Realty Partners, he was employed by The AES Corporation where he worked in various tax and financial management positions and started his career with Ernst & Young. Mr. Romaniw received Master of Business Administration and Master of Taxation degrees from Canisius College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and Florida.
