Stone Bridge Investment Group invests private equity into commercial real estate. We invest our own capital alongside that of our partners in multifamily, commercial and hospitality properties that offer attractive risk-return profiles. Stone Bridge maintains offices in Paramus, NJ and Naples, FL. Working in conjunction with our operating partners, we source, evaluate, and structure desirable investment opportunities. Stone Bridge invests equity capital and utilizes its extensive lending and capital markets expertise to access accretive debt capital. Our operating partners provide deep operational and leasing experience, redevelopment capability and active property management track records. The Stone Bridge investment platform also benefits from significant asset management experience derived from our collective years in investment real estate. The partners of Stone Bridge have extensive experience within institutional real estate and banking. Collectively, they have acquired, originated, underwritten, appraised, and evaluated the credit on in excess of $200 billion of real estate transactions across all property types and spanning the majority of U.S. geographical markets. Prior to founding Stone Bridge, our partners have acquired investment real estate for both institutional investors and high net worth private investors. Stone Bridge was formed and organized to marry the sophistication and access of institutional-quality investment management with the dedication, efficiency and attention to detail of entrepreneurial investment firms. At Stone Bridge, every single investment is actively monitored by product and location specific management. Our management teams, in turn, benefit from seasoned and pro-active asset management oversight with committed support from investment inception through disposition.

John Bonfiglio

John’s experience spans 25 years in real estate and capital markets. Former Group Managing Director at Fitch Investors Service, where he was responsible for the U.S. Structured Finance area. Former head of Fitch’s commercial mortgage and REIT groups. At Fitch, John was responsible for over $500 billion of rated commercial mortgage loans during this period. Former Vice President with The O’Connor Group, where he was responsible for purchasing $800 million of commercial properties. John has a BA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia University.

John McGlynn

John brings 25 years of experience in real estate and capital markets. Currently also a Managing Director of Commercial Mortgage Securitization at The Bancorp Bank. Former Managing Director in Bear Stearns’ CMBS group, where he ran a U.S. commercial mortgage originations team. Former Originator in Citigroup’s CMBS group, where he managed a U.S. commercial mortgage originations team. Former Vice President of Originations for Nomura Securities’/Capital America’s CMBS group. John has directly originated over $6 billion in commercial real estate transactions and has managed in excess of $20 billion in loan production. John has a BS in Finance from Cornell University.
