Stone House Development was formed in 1996 by Helen Bradbury and Rich Arnesen . Since then, they have successfully completed seven historic renovation/Section 42 properties, ten new construction Section 42 properties, an office/retail building, as well as several consulting projects.

Helen Bradbury started in the real estate development business in 1975, developing apartments and motels. In 1990 she became the director of development for The Alexander Company, Inc. and oversaw the completion of $100 million in mixed income, historic, Section 42 projects throughout the upper Midwest. She formed Stone House with partner, Rich Arnesen in 1996.
Richard Arnesen started his career in real estate development in 1990 with The Alexander Company, Inc. He was a development project manager responsible for all facets of developing mixed-income, historic Section 42 properties. In addition, he was the firm's point person for all issues related to the Section 42 program.
Dave Michlig is the controller for Stone House Development, Inc. with over 24 years of real estate accounting experience and has worked at Stone House Development since 1998.
Kasie Setterlund assists Helen Bradbury in the Stone House management division with over 14 years of property management experience, in elderly and family Section 42 properties. Kasie has worked at Stone House Development since 1999.
