Ofer Yardeni is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Stonehenge NYC, a fully integrated real estate company based in New York which he founded in the early 90’s. From modest beginnings, Stonehenge currently owns and manages an impressive portfolio consisting of 26 residential apartment buildings which include over 3,000 units and which are all located in Manhattan. The portfolio was recently appraised at over $3 billion based on independent appraisals.

As President, Mr. Reggev leads Stonehenge’s fully integrated operation including the management of the company’s $3 billion portfolio while managing a team of 200-plus dedicated professionals. He is also responsible for strategic planning and implementing value add initiatives throughout the portfolio, as well as providing optimal service and care for Stonehenge’s thousands of residents. Mr. Reggev joined Stonehenge in January 2013 and served as strategic advisor to the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Ofer Yardeni. Since joining Stonehenge, Mr. Reggev has played a significant role in leading the development of many of the company’s most successful residential projects, including the redevelopment and re-positioning of 1080 Amsterdam and 101 West 15th Street.

Richard Dansereau is the Managing Director of the Investment Management Division of Stonehenge NYC. In addition to being responsible for asset management, Mr. Dansereau is also responsible for maintaining the firm’s existing relationships with its long term capital partners as well as developing a network of new partnerships with institutional and private investors in order to offer to a broader investor base the opportunity to invest with Stonehenge and capitalize on interesting investment opportunities. Prior to joining Stonehenge, Mr. Dansereau was President and Chief Operating Officer of Cadim, a real estate division of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Quebec, Canada’s leading pension fund manager. During his nine years at the Caisse he managed a portfolio of real estate assets valued at more than $10 billion comprised primarily of residential and hospitality properties. He also oversaw Cadim’s international portfolio with offices in Paris, Tokyo, Seoul, Shanghai and New Delhi and managed a network of partnerships and subsidiaries around the world.

Steve Vissichelli is the Chief Financial Officer of Stonehenge NYC. Steve oversees the company finances and reporting processes. Steve joined Stonehenge in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer. During this time, the company grew from a five building portfolio valued at approximately $200 million to today, a 23-building portfolio valued at over $3 billion. He has been involved in the real estate industry since 1987 and worked in accounting and finance for over 25 years. Mr. Vissichelli has participated in the raising of over $1 billion through public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Vissichelli worked for over 6 years for an owner, operator, developer of commercial and residential buildings in Manhattan as the Vice President of Finance. He also worked as a senior manager for a New York firm of Certified Public Accountants specializing in real estate where his responsibilities included the overall management and administration of one of the largest owners, operators and developers of commercial real estate in New York.
