As a member of the Strata Equity team since 2009, Alejandro is responsible for sourcing private capital, providing boutique quality service, managing new and current investors, and maintaining constant communication with foreign and domestic investors, providing them with periodic operational and financial reports. Having joined Strata Equity in 2006, Eric currently oversees the visioning, acquisitions, land planning, entitlement processing, community outreach and government approval aspects of the company’s master planned communities and mixed use projects. Actively involved in the community planning and development industry since 1997, Eric’s hands-on experience includes over 100 projects ranging from residential to commercial, recreational, solar energy, open space land uses and transactions throughout California.
