George is the owner of Teton Management and managing partner in several real estate entities including mixed-use residential and commercial properties in MA and NY. Over the past 20 years, he has acquired, developed and sold properties valued at more than $81 million.

Rebecca is our Director of Operations, which covers the broad range of properties throughout our portfolio. She greatly enjoys her work and managing resident/owner relations. She is a graduate of UMASS Amherst University Without Walls with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Jim is responsible for the company’s accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, expense control, and IT. He is proud father of 3 and a graduate of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts where he majored in Mathematics with a minor in Economics.

Val is the sister of George Whaling and the proud partner of several assets within the Teton portfolio. Val is responsible for MHC acquisitions and leads the transition from acquisition to management. Val holds a degree from Wells College, NY and has attended the Mobile Home University.
