For 42 years, Stephen J. Muller, principal of The Muller Company, has been involved in commercial real estate as an investor, developer and property manager. As a leader and innovator within the real estate industry, Steve founded The Muller Company in 1979. Steve Muller’s renowned creative deal-making ability is the driving factor behind The Muller Company’s success. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science and Master’s degree from the University of Southern California.
Jon M. Muller is a Principal of The Muller Company (TMC) located in Irvine, California. The Muller Company is an opportunistic buyer and value add owner of commercial real estate, primarily management intensive multi-tenant properties located in California and Arizona. Jon oversees TMC’s operations, all phases of investment, property acquisitions/dispositions and asset management of its portfolio. Since 1990 The Muller Company has transacted in over 30 million sqft of office, medical office, industrial and retail properties mainly with institutional partners including Blackstone and formally known as GE Capital Real Estate, BlackRock, Rockwood Capital, Pacific Coast Capital Partners, Deutsche Bank, Oaktree Capital Management, Colony Capital, Walton Street Capital, AEW Capital Management, Harbert Management, New York Life and Northlight Financial. Jon and his wife Melinda of 29 years resides in Irvine with their three children, Nicholas, Erica and Alicia.
Brett is a Vice President whose responsibilities include deal origination, underwriting, execution and disposition. Prior to joining The Muller Company, Brett was an Associate at Westbrook Partners’ residential development group based in Los Angeles, where he worked on acquisitions and asset management. He also worked at UBS Investment Bank, where he focused on M&A and capital raise assignments. Brett graduated with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
