Elliott Ingerman

Elliott Ingerman is a Founder and Managing Partner of Tribeca Associates. He is responsible for strategically leading the acquisition and redevelopment of notable commercial, residential and hospitality properties in midtown Manhattan. Prior to forming Tribeca Associates, Elliott was Managing Director of Insignia/ESG (now CBRE) where for 12 years he directed the leasing and real estate investment initiatives (both acquisitions and dispositions) on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. Elliott was responsible for the sale of Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Portfolio to Home Properties yielding an aggregate value of over $156 million dollars as well as the lease of the First Union National Bank’s headquarters relocation (known today as Wells Fargo) for 106,000sf valued at over $50 million dollars.

Mark Gordon

Mark Gordon is a Managing Partner of Tribeca Associates responsible for acquiring and developing a broad spectrum of New York-based hospitality, office and residential real estate assets as well as maintaining relationships with its capital partners. Prior to joining Tribeca Associates, Mark was Managing Partner at Sonnenblick-Goldman and head of the firm’s hotel group. In 2007, he was instrumental in structuring the sale of the company to Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services company. Mark then went on to become the head of the Hotel Group of the newly formed Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman. Responsible for structured financing, sales, equity capitalizations and a broad range of advisory services for the firm's lodging industry clients, Mark represented hotel owners on a national basis and completed approximately $20 billion in transactions. He served as an advisor on many of New York’s most notable hotel transactions including; the Essex House, the Paramount, the Delmonico, the Empire, the Dream, the Benjamin, Hudson, W Times Square, the Chatwal and the Surrey Hotels.

Bill Brodsky

Bill Brodsky is a Founder and Managing Partner of Tribeca Associates. He is responsible for directing the sponsorship, acquisition, repositioning and redevelopment of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties in downtown Manhattan and across the Northeastern US. Prior to founding Tribeca Associates, Bill served as Senior Managing Director of Insignia/ESG (now CBRE), where he was responsible for some of the largest downtown corporate leases and sales.

Scott Beadle

Scott Beadle brings over 20 years of real estate development and construction experience to lead Tribeca Associates' design and construction initiatives. He has completed over $2 billion of construction projects in the New York area. Before joining the firm, Scott was a Senior Director at Tishman Speyer where he directed the design and construction activities on large-scale developments for clients such as JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, and most recently, the $800 million Lincoln Center Redevelopment Project. Prior to Tishman Speyer, Scott was a Senior Construction Manager at Boston Properties for over 8 years and brought to market such notable projects as Times Square Tower, 5 Times Square, and 90 Church Street.
