Ted Norberg

Ted has spent eight years in real estate focused on the acquisition of multi-family, office, and industrial properties. Most recently, Ted served as Vice President for two firms and was directly responsible for over 16 closings with total consideration in excess of $230 million. Previously, Ted worked as an associate for General Investment and Development, performing asset acquisitions for its office and multifamily funds. As a graduate of Boston College (BA), Ted spent his first three years after school achieving his certification as a Public Accountant (CPA) with Ernst & Young’s Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Group in New York.

Peter Walter

Peter has been an advisor and principal investor in Talisman Capital Partners, a Dublin, Ohio, based private equity firm. Peter has worked as a marketing executive in a wide range of industries including automotive, healthcare, financial services and consumer products. Peter is a private investor in industrial real estate. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College and received his MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties as well as the Urban Land Institute.

David has spent his ten years in real estate focused on the acquisition of industrial properties. Most recently, David served as Vice President of a national industrial fund and was directly responsible for over 50 closings with total consideration in excess of $470 million. Previously, David spent four years with First Highland Management and Development Corp. focusing on the purchase, redevelopment and repositioning of corporate surplus industrial properties. David is a graduate of Harvard University and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and Real Estate Finance Association.
