Dan is responsible for defining the firm’s strategic goals, asset acquisitions, securing strategic partnerships, investor partnerships, investment management and asset management. Prior to Trillium, Dan was a project manager for a civil/architectural engineering company, managing projects ranging from environmental assessments to infrastructure design to site developments and construction management. He currently serves on the board for the non-profit organization Neighborhood Ventures. Dan graduated with a B.S. in Engineering from Calvin College and a M.B.A. from Grand Valley State University.
Peter directs property and asset management operations for the company. This includes overseeing of management, marketing and operations of each property. He works to develop the best management and operational policies to guarantee tenant satisfaction and asset performance. Peter has previous experience as a property and asset manager for a real estate development company and student housing owner. He significantly improved leasing operations while managing a 200 unit student apartment complex. Peter has a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a law degree from Valparaiso University.
Kyle oversees the construction management, property renovations and maintenance operations. He has extensive construction experience in project planning, budgeting, and management. He is responsible for coordinating both portfolio and client projects from planning to final completion to insure the success of each project. Prior to Trillium, Kyle has over ten years of experience as construction manager working on commercial, office, industrial, multifamily, and educational building projects.
