Trinity Private Equity Group

profile

Trinity Private Equity Group (‘TPEG’) is an “alternate asset” investment management firm that seeks to create Alpha, which is defined as the excess return above market returns on a risk adjusted basis, TPEG works on behalf of its investors through a disciplined process that includes extreme due diligence and the direct purchase of assets at prices that create a large margin of safety to protect principal. These direct asset purchases generally fall into two categories: control or structured debt and/or equity investments in operating companies and opportunistic real estate transactions that meet our risk/return hurdles. In opportunistic real estate investments, Trinity works with a strong group of operating partners who have significant expertise in their respective product types such as multi-family, retail, senior and assisted living, and hospitality. These operating partners meet a strict set of background criteria and work with Trinity as a financial partner to jointly create investor value in the respective projects.
