Tritower Financial Group, LLC is a private real estate investment and management firm whose principals have over 80 years of collective experience in commercial real estate investing throughout the United States. Over the past 25 years, the principals have structured over 75 separate real estate syndications with a value in excess of $3 billion. Over this time, we have successfully established a broad investor base that includes thousands of high net worth and institutional investors. Our real estate investment strategy focuses on stable, income-generating assets with an emphasis on office, industrial and multi-family properties located in Tier I & II cities nationally. We pursue transactions both independently and through joint venture operating partners. Our objective is to provide favorable risk-adjusted returns through the acquisition of stable assets that deliver consistent, predictable dividends for our valued investors. Tritower’s principals, who have worked together in excess of 20 years, founded the firm in 2012 with the vision of creating an investment firm with an independent, broad-based approach. The ultimate aim is to provide access to an array of diverse, low-correlated, income-oriented alternative investments that will serve the needs of our individual, family office, trust and institutional clientele.

R. Scott MacPhee

R. Scott MacPhee, age 55, is the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Partner of the Company. Mr. MacPhee has oversight responsibility for all of Tritower’s operating businesses units, which include asset management, acquisitions, structuring and implementing the various investment programs for Tritower Financial Group, LLC. From 1997 through 2011 Mr. MacPhee was an Executive Vice President of FSP Investments, LLC and a founding partner of Franklin Street Properties Corp., a Massachusetts-based real estate investment and management firm and publicly-traded REIT. During that time, he was responsible for the direct equity placement of FSP sponsored real estate investment programs and the eventual listing of the Company on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX: FSP). From 1993 through 1996 he was an Executive Officer of Boston Financial. From 1985 through 1993 he was a Vice President at Winthrop Financial Associates. In his career and in this capacity, Mr. MacPhee was responsible for raising over $1 billion dollars of investor capital. Mr. MacPhee attended American International College. Mr. MacPhee holds FINRA Series 7, 79 and 63 Securities licenses.

William Gribbell

William W. Gribbell, age 52, is a Senior Partner of the Company. Mr. Gribbell has oversight responsibility for all of Tritower’s operating business units, which include asset management, acquisitions, structuring and implementing the various investment programs for Tritower Financial Group, LLC. Eric Nyland

Eric W. Nyland, age 41, is a Partner and Senior Vice President of the Company. His responsibilities include evaluating, structuring and implementing Tritower’s various investment programs as well as the direct placement of equity and debt in Tritower-sponsored investment programs. Prior to founding Tritower, from 1997 through 2011, Mr. Nyland was an Investment Executive with FSP Investments LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Franklin Street Properties Corp., a Massachusetts-based real estate investment and management firm and publicly-traded REIT (AMEX: FSP). In this capacity, Mr. Nyland was responsible for raising over $150 million dollars of investor capital for sponsored single-asset real estate projects. Mr. Nyland is a graduate of McGill University. Mr. Nyland holds FINRA Series 62, 79, 22 and 63 Securities licenses.

Adam Norris

Adam R. Norris, age 37, is a Partner and Senior Vice President of the Company. His responsibilities include evaluating, structuring and implementing Tritower’s various investment programs as well as the direct placement of equity and debt in Tritower-sponsored investment programs. Prior to founding Tritower, from 1999 through 2011, Mr. Norris was an Investment Executive with FSP Investments, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Franklin Street Properties Corp., a Massachusetts-based real estate investment and management firm and publicly-traded REIT (AMEX: FSP). In this capacity, Mr. Norris was responsible for sourcing and raising over $150 million dollars of investor capital for various investment programs. From 1997 through 1999, Mr. Norris worked at Pioneer Investments. Mr. Norris is a graduate of Wheaton College, Mass (B.A.). Mr. Norris holds FINRA Series 7, 79, 6, 62, 22 and 63 Securities licenses.
