Multi-Family Investment Criteria Transaction Size: • $3M – $25 Million • Minimum 100+ Units Asset Type: • B to C+ multi-family properties. Prefer B properties in A markets and C+ properties in A/B markets. Occupancy: • Prefer stabilized properties. Will consider lower occupancy if property is well located and has value-add upside. Age: • Preference is 1978 and newer, but will consider all age properties Target Markets: • Nationwide growth and emerging markets Location: • A+ to C+ areas with strong demographics and economic diversity Target Return & Investment Period: • 8%+ cash on cash return • 3-5 year hold period General Criteria: • Potential high yield income streams • 20% below replacement cost • Value-add opportunities sought

Andrew Tischer

Andrew is the founder and managing partner of Tudor McLeod Asset Management. After having served as portfolio manager for a global REIT hedge fund and working for a boutique investment bank, Andrew saw the opportunity to create a vehicle to provide direct access to U.S. commercial property for both foreign and domestic investors. Formerly a Vice President with Citigroup Global Markets/Smith Barney, one of the largest investment firms on Wall Street at the time, and the U.S. Division Manager for Magellan Financial in Tokyo, he has been involved in many multi-million dollar commercial and residential real estate transactions and has worked with clients in 14 different countries. With 20 years of real estate and asset management experience, Andrew has extensive knowledge of the commercial and multi-family investment market and has often been sought out for his expertise. He has also served as a consultant to several boutique real estate managers looking to launch funds and raise capital in the U.S. marketplace. Andrew is a member of the National Apartment Association and earned his B.A. from the University of Delaware.

Maureen Miles

Maureen is responsible for all operational and sales & marketing oversight for our multi-family properties. She brings over 20 years of real estate experience to our corporate team including being a Realtor, the general contractor of her own construction company, having tax and title work experience, and managing her own real estate portfolio. Being involved in many different real estate ventures over the years has given her a unique combination of hands-on management skills and deal structuring knowledge. Additionally, Maureen is experienced in acquisitions, due diligence and property management transitions. Applying her exceptionally diverse real estate experience along with her network engineering background, Maureen has helped to develop the multi-family division for Tudor McLeod Asset Management. Maureen is active in the investment community and is a member of the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, the Apartment Owners Association of Connecticut, and the Women's Real Estate Investors Association.
