Western Wealth Capital

The right asset, located in the right place, at the right time — this is our precise focal point. We acquire multifamily rental properties and increase net operating income and valuation through an approach that has been successfully applied across our portfolio. We manage these assets, distribute resulting cash flow to investors and, when appropriate, divest. We are selective. We only focus on markets underpinned by the economic fundamentals of population, employment and GDP growth. Our entry point is when these demand drivers place long-term pressure on vacancy rates and rental pricing. To date, we have invested in the Phoenix and San Antonio markets. Our execution and results have formed strong relationships that give us access to some of the best multifamily investment opportunities in the American Southwest. We provide a clear blueprint for success. Our proven acquisition and operations strategy allows our team to make decisions and execute efficiently. Our experience has proven that setting out clear expectations not only creates a rewarding culture, but a nimble and entrepreneurial company emotionally vested in unlocking value, wherever it may present itself. We have been prudent in growing our team appropriately in line with our activity. Our corporate office is headquartered in North Vancouver, B.C. Our Phoenix-based operations team includes a director of acquisitions, asset managers and, through our strong working relationship with Shelton-Cook Real Estate Services and CAM Properties, approximately 160 staff actively managing our properties. We are also building out our team in Texas, a market we have recently entered.
