Richard Wham

As a Westfield principal, Rich coordinates equity syndications and manages investor communications. Since affiliating with the company in 2004, he has raised and invested $166 million with a total project capitalization of $625 million. From 1998 to 2007, Rich also served as managing principal of Liberty-Greenfield Corporate Real Estate Advisors, a real estate consulting firm to large U.S. corporations. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado where he currently serves on the advisory board for its Presidents' Leadership Class (PLC). He is a member of the World Presidents Organization (WPO - Rocky Mountain Chapter).

Ray D'Ardenne

Ray oversees Westfield’s investment funds and capital strategies. Prior to joining Westfield in 2003, he directed U.S. real estate investments for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments (formerly Equitable Real Estate), one of the world’s largest property organizations and the leading real estate investor for pension funds and other institutions with $38 billion under management. Beginning in 1977, he held a variety of executive roles including head of real estate operations and chief operating officer responsible for regional operations, property acquisitions and sales, and mortgage originations. He has been a trustee of two public office REITs, as well as the Urban Land Institute.

Richard McClintock

The driving force behind $500 million of acclaimed projects like the recently completed 1800 Larimer and Lincoln Station, Rich has a long track record of success and industry leadership, including recognition as Denver’s Developer of the Year (2001). He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the board of directors of Colorado UpLIFT, and Boy Scouts of America Mile High Council.

Kevin McClintock

Kevin is responsible for identifying new investments and also underwrites and manages properties in Westfield’s portfolio. He also has responsibility for Westfield’s multi-family portfolio in Phoenix. He had been a property manager for company investments after joining Westfield from Shea Homes where he was a project manager for new construction.
